(1) Job Specifications
a) Managing the office of the Ambassador/
Deputy Chief of Mission by performing secretarial duties
b) Drafting documents & performing other tasks in English, Indonesian and Japanese
c) Other duties as required
* Possibility of transfer to another position in the Mission if required.

(3) Qualification Requirements
a) Indonesian citizenship
b) Excellent oral and written skills in English and Japanese, and interpersonal skills
c) University graduate degree (no requirement of a specific major)
d) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
e) Sound health conditions
(4) Documents to be submitted
a) Curriculum vitae in English or Japanese
b) 2 (two) color photographs (3x4cm)
c) Copies of degree certifications, transcript of academic records, KTP (ID)
d) Copies of certificates of English proficiency and Japanese proficiency
(5) Remuneration and working hours
Working hours from 08:00 to 16:15, Monday to Friday. (Overtime may occasionally be required)
Salary will be decided in accordance with education level and working experience.
